Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, DONATION, OR PROOF OF PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Promotion Period: This Giveaway begins on October 3, 2026, at 12:00am ET and ends on October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”).

Two Winners Total: One eligible winner will be selected from valid Instagram entries, and one eligible winner will be selected from valid TikTok entries.

Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

The Ember & Pearl Co. One-Year Anniversary Giveaway is sponsored by Ember and Pearl Co., LLC, located at 31947 Bourneville Terrace, Wesley Chapel, FL, 33543.

2. Agreement to Official Rules

By entering this Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor’s decisions. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, subject to applicable law.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

The following people are not eligible to enter or win:

• Sponsor’s owner, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents.

• Immediate family members of Sponsor’s owner, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents.

• Members of the same household as Sponsor’s owner, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents.

For these Official Rules, “immediate family” means a spouse, parent, child, sibling, or the spouse of any of those individuals.

4. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, donation, contribution, or proof of purchase is required to enter or win. A purchase, payment, donation, or proof of purchase will not increase an entrant’s chance of winning.

5. How to Enter

There are two separate entry methods and two separate drawings: one for Instagram and one for TikTok.

Instagram entry

During the Promotion Period, an eligible person may enter the Instagram drawing by:

1. Following @emberandpearlco on Instagram.

2. Finding the official Ember & Pearl Co. One-Year Anniversary Giveaway post on Instagram.

3. Posting a comment on that Giveaway post that:

   • States the spell oil the entrant would choose if selected as a winner; and

   • Tags three different friends in the same comment.

Each eligible Instagram comment that meets the entry requirements will receive one entry into the Instagram drawing.

TikTok entry

During the Promotion Period, an eligible person may enter the TikTok drawing by:

1. Following @emberandpearlco on TikTok.

2. Finding the official Ember & Pearl Co. One-Year Anniversary Giveaway post on TikTok.

3. Posting a comment on that Giveaway post that:

   • States the spell oil the entrant would choose if selected as a winner; and

   • Tags three different friends in the same comment.

Each eligible TikTok comment that meets the entry requirements will receive one entry into the TikTok drawing.

Entry conditions

An entrant may enter on both Instagram and TikTok. However, one person may win only one prize across the entire Promotion. If the same person is initially selected for both platform drawings, that person will receive the first prize drawn, and Sponsor will select another potential winner at random for the other platform drawing.

Entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, unavailable, illegible, or not received for any reason.

Automated, scripted, robotic, bot-generated, fraudulent, or otherwise improper entries are void. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, deceptive, abusive, threatening, hateful, unlawful, sexually explicit, infringing, spam, or otherwise inconsistent with these Official Rules or the spirit of the Promotion.

Do not tag yourself or another person inaccurately in a photo or other content in connection with this Promotion. Tags required by these Official Rules must be posted as part of the entry comment.

6. Prize

There will be two winners total:

Each Deluxe Bundle includes the winner’s choice of the following, subject to availability and these Official Rules:

• One 1 oz spell oil

• One 6 oz candle

• One crystal

• One spelled roller fragrance

• One 2 oz spiritual cologne

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Deluxe Bundle: $75.
Total ARV of all prizes: $150.

The ARV is based on Sponsor’s ordinary retail price as of the beginning of the Promotion. No cash alternative, substitution, transfer, resale, or exchange is permitted, except Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater retail value if a requested item is unavailable, discontinued, restricted, unsafe to ship, prohibited by law or carrier policy, or otherwise cannot reasonably be provided.

All prize choices are subject to current inventory, ingredient and material availability, product availability, applicable safety information, and shipping restrictions. Handmade items may naturally vary in color, crystal size or shape, wax appearance, fragrance presentation, labeling, packaging, and other aesthetic details.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

One potential Instagram winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Instagram entries received during the Promotion Period. One potential TikTok winner will be selected in a separate random drawing from all eligible TikTok entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawings will occur on or about November 1, 2026, using a random comment generator or another fair random-selection method determined by Sponsor.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable platform.

8. Winner Notification, Verification, and Prize Selection

Potential winners will be notified on or about November 2, 2026, by direct message from the official Ember & Pearl Co. social-media account associated with the applicable platform and/or by a reply to the winning comment.

A potential winner must respond to Sponsor within 72 hours after Sponsor’s first notification attempt. To claim the prize, the potential winner must provide the information Sponsor reasonably requests to verify eligibility and arrange fulfillment, which may include:

• Full legal name.

• Confirmation that the potential winner is at least 18 years old and otherwise eligible.

• A valid U.S. shipping address.

• Contact information reasonably needed for delivery.

• Their desired item selection from each prize category.

After a potential winner has been verified, Sponsor will contact that winner for final prize selections. The winner must select one item from each prize category:

• One 1 oz spell oil

• One 6 oz candle

• One crystal

• One spelled roller fragrance

• One 2 oz spiritual cologne

Each potential winner must submit all requested final prize selections within 3 days after Sponsor sends the prize-selection request. Requested items are subject to availability. If an item requested by a winner is unavailable, discontinued, restricted, unsafe to ship, or otherwise cannot reasonably be fulfilled, Sponsor may offer available alternatives of substantially similar type and value.

A potential winner may be disqualified and the prize may be forfeited if the person does not timely respond, cannot be contacted, does not provide requested verification, does not provide a valid shipping address, fails to submit final selections by the deadline, is ineligible, declines the prize, violates these Official Rules, or otherwise cannot accept or receive the prize. Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries for the applicable platform drawing.

Sponsor will never require a winner to pay money, make a purchase, provide bank information, provide a password, or give other sensitive financial credentials to claim a prize.

9. Made-to-Order Fulfillment and Shipping

Each Deluxe Bundle is custom made to order after the applicable winner has been verified and has submitted complete and final selections for all prize categories.

Please allow approximately 7 to 21 business days for prize creation, processing, and fulfillment after Sponsor receives the winner’s complete and final selections. This estimated production and fulfillment timeframe does not include carrier transit time.

Fulfillment timing may vary due to product, ingredient, packaging, or material availability; production volume; holiday schedules; weather events; shipping carrier limitations; safety considerations; or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Sponsor will ship prizes only to a verified street address within the fifty United States or the District of Columbia. Sponsor will pay standard shipping costs for prize delivery. Sponsor may use a shipping method consistent with applicable postal, carrier, hazardous-material, and product-shipping restrictions.

Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by a winner’s late or incomplete response, late or incomplete item selections, unavailable chosen products, an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, carrier delays, weather events, lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Sponsor will provide tracking information when available. No cash compensation, additional prize, or replacement will be provided solely because fulfillment or shipment takes longer than estimated.

10. Taxes and Expenses

All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, and all expenses not specifically stated as included in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of each winner. Sponsor may require a winner to complete tax or other documentation if required by applicable law.

11. Product Information and Safety

Prize items are intended for their labeled, ordinary external-use or decorative purposes only, as applicable. Winners must read and follow all product labels, directions, warnings, and safety information.

Sponsor does not make medical, therapeutic, legal, financial, spiritual, supernatural, or guaranteed-outcome claims in connection with the prizes. Spell names, intention names, spiritual themes, and product descriptions are for aesthetic, personal, and spiritual-expression purposes only. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Each winner is responsible for reviewing product ingredient information and for avoiding use of products if they have allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or other contraindications. Do not ingest oils, fragrances, spiritual cologne, candles, crystals, or other prize items unless an item is specifically labeled by Sponsor as safe for that use.

Candles must be kept away from flammable materials, children, and pets, and must never be left burning unattended.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, each winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s first name, social-media handle, city and state, entry comment, and likeness for the announcement and promotion of this Giveaway without additional compensation.

Sponsor will not publicly disclose a winner’s full legal name, street address, telephone number, email address, or other sensitive personal information.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor; Instagram; Meta; TikTok; and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to participation in the Promotion; entry into the Promotion; acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use a prize; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; printing errors; shipping delays; or any event outside of Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries, communications, or other information that are lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, inaccessible, delayed, unavailable, or not received because of technical, platform, internet, hardware, software, telecommunications, service-provider, or other failures.

14. Instagram and TikTok Disclaimers

Instagram / Meta Disclaimer: This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta from responsibility related to this Promotion.

TikTok Disclaimer: This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok. By entering, each entrant completely releases TikTok from responsibility related to this Promotion.

Entrants must comply with all applicable Instagram and TikTok terms, rules, community guidelines, and policies. Sponsor is solely responsible for the administration of this Promotion.

15. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, platform disruption, or another event compromises the fairness, integrity, security, or proper operation of the Promotion.

If the Promotion is affected by such an event, Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before the issue occurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, uses automated or fraudulent entry methods, engages in harassment or disruptive conduct, or otherwise acts in an unsportsmanlike manner.

If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

16. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used only for administration of this Promotion, winner verification, prize fulfillment, and related legal or record keeping purposes, subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: https://emberandpearlco.com/policies/privacy-policy 

17. Governing Law

Except where prohibited, this Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

18. Winner List

To request the social-media handles of the verified winners, send a request to 31947 Bourneville Terrace, Wesley Chapel, FL, 33543 with the subject line or heading: “Ember & Pearl Co. One-Year Anniversary Giveaway Winner List.”

Requests must be received by January 31, 2027.
