For receiving items from Ember & Pearl Co. our Domestic shipping rates are as follows:
𖤓 Standard (3-4 day shipping): Orders 0lb-1lb = $8.88
𖤓 Standard (3-4 day shipping): Orders 1lb-5lbs = $11.11
𖤓 Economy (5-8 day shipping): Orders 0lb-5lbs = $5.55
𖤓 Economy Heavy (5-8 day shipping): Orders 5lb-70lbs = $19.99
All orders over $100 will receive free economy shipping!
Shipping Policy
When will I get my package?
All of my items are made to order in small batches to give you the best that nature has to offer! Because of this, please allow 7-21 business days (excluding weekends or holidays) for order processing. For custom oils, please allow up to 30 business days.
Once your order has shipped you can expect your package within 3-8 days.
How can I track my order?
Once your item has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I am happy to say that I accept international orders. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please be aware that all international orders are subject to customs, import fees, and other additional charges. This is unfortunately something I do not have control over.
Once items are shipped, you can expect your package within 7-21 business days.
What if my item is lost or stolen?
Once the carrier receives your order Ember & Pearl Co. is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed items. If your package has been misplaced, please reach out to your post office directly.
If your item has arrived damaged, you can message my support email support@emberandpearlco.com within 5 days with images and I will be happy to assist.
